Anti-Walker Poster (Heavens)

Today the breaking and rather bizarre stories followed Scott Walker and his faith. I quote:

“Walker said that God has told him what to do every step of the way, including about what jobs to take, whom to marry, and when to run for governor.”
So the idea for today’s poster seemed obvious.
How can a person advocate passing legislation that will hurt hundreds of thousands of people, and claim he’s following God’s plan?
I’m kind of guessing that he skips the part of “it’s easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter heaven” when he and the Koch Bros cozy up to their Bible Studies.
Alleluia!

Anti-Walker Poster (Wicked Advice)

The HEART of the protest was undeniably the Capitol Building. Even if you weren’t immediately sympathetic to the cause, all it took was a walk through the building to change your mind. Everywhere you looked there were handmade signs, testimonials, post-it notes, and crowds of people sharing in the experience of democracy…of speaking out against a truly unjust Bill.

Therefore, last week

when Walker suddenly put the building under lockdown, and prevented protestors from rallying inside the building, a lifeline to the movement was temporarily cut.

One had to wonder who he got the advice from.

Monday, March 7

The poster design for the day. Self-explanatory.

I think more and more people must have this “App”, as I don’t think our Governor is fooling anyone anymore.

Anti-Walker Poster (Locked Out)

This was the poster I created on the third day of Scott Walker “locking the protestors out” of our own Capitol, despite court rulings to open the doors.
